Consultations at Diamond Designs

Engagement rings

We walk you through settings, shapes, metals, and the 4Cs, then show you stones in person so you can see the differences rather than read about them. Come with an idea or come with nothing.

Wedding bands

Styles, metals, and widths, including alternative metals for anyone who works with their hands. If you are matching a band to an existing engagement ring, bring the ring.

Custom design

Bring photos, sketches, an heirloom you want reset, or just a description. We will tell you what is possible, what it would cost, and how long it would take.

Gift buying

Not sure what to choose for an anniversary, a birthday, or a milestone? Tell us about the person and the budget, and we will help narrow it down with you.

Selling and appraisals

Bring jewelry or watches to find out what they are worth, whether you are thinking of selling, need an insurance appraisal, or simply want to understand what you own.

Repairs and watch service

We examine the piece with you, explain what it needs, and give you a written quote before any work begins. The assessment is free either way.

What to expect

  • Private and unhurried. Your appointment is yours. We are not rushing you to help the next person.
  • No obligation to buy or sell. Leaving with your jewelry and a clear head is a perfectly good outcome, and it happens often.
  • Free assessments and evaluations. Repair estimates, trade-in evaluations, and design consultations cost nothing whether you proceed or not.
  • Bring what you have. Photos, screenshots, an old ring, a broken chain, a certificate, or nothing at all. All of it helps, and none of it is required.
