Warranty and Repairs

Jewelry purchased from Diamond Designs carries a lifetime limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Items purchased online carry a six month warranty against manufacturer defects.

Loss, theft, accidental damage, normal wear over time, and any damage caused by work
performed by another jeweler.

Yes, complimentary for pieces purchased from us, for as long as you own them.

Yes. We assess it free and give you a written quote before any work begins.

Custom and made to order pieces, engraved items, resized rings, earrings for hygiene
reasons, and any item marked final sale.

Diamonds, Sizing and Custom Work

Use our ring size guide, or come in and be measured. Measuring in store is free, takes a minute, and is the most reliable option by a wide margin.

Most can. Eternity bands, tension settings and certain designer pieces cannot be
resized safely, and we will tell you which category your ring falls into.

Yes, alongside natural stones. We will explain the difference in price, grading and resale without steering you either way.

Certification is noted on each product page. Ask us about any specific stone and we will tell you exactly what it carries.

Yes. A $250 design fee covers your first CAD and two revisions and is credited toward the purchase. A 50% deposit begins production. See our custom design page.

Visiting the Store

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM. Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Closed Sunday and Monday.

Walk-ins are welcome. An appointment is worth booking for engagement ring shopping or a custom design consultation, so you get uninterrupted time.
